Totally agree with you. It’s just a job, and they are people. Don’t look down on them. Just treat them normally. They don’t need your compassion. They just need you to be fair to them. Some more, they face lots of challenges and even dangers in their job. Not all guys are nice, and there are lots of scammers and horrible, abusive guys around.
